There are two possible errors for this TeLL me More issue:
The CDs are scratched and the CD-ROM can't copy the files thus showing an errors. Try wiping the CDs with a soft cloth and industrial alcohol.
The CDs and the software are not compatible with the operating system running on your PC. In this case, apply a compatibility tweak. Right click the setup package and choose Properties > Compatibility then select Windows XP, for example.
No, the software is not available for the Mac OSX operating system. On the official website, the product has the following system requirements:
PC or Compatible Celeron 333 MHz or equivalent Windows 95, 98, NT4, Millenium, 2000 or XP 64 MB RAM 70 MB available on hard disk 8X CD-ROM drive or better 16-bit Windows-compatible sound card video card (800 x 600 with 65536 colors or higher) microphone + speakers or headphones (included)
On Mac, you could try WineBottler but I doubt that it will work properly because Tell Me More is an old application.
I created a new account, I clicked Start and I received the following message: "The language lesson or family lesson is not available". What can I do?

You receive this error because the application is not able to load the language that you selected when you created the account. From what it seems, the language is not available on the lesson servers. In order to check the list with the available lessons, select the Lesson Server whose content you want to view from the drop-down menu and then press Lesson Language. A list with the installed packs will be displayed in the lower part of the window. Also, you can view the Lesson Families.
If you want to add/install a new language lesson, you will need to use the Lesson Copier utility that is installed along with TeLL me More. You can find all the instructions in the official user guide.
